After seeing this couples mountaintop wedding photos , I can easily say running to the mountains with your love is a brilliant idea! The views are truly breathtaking and Meghan Elizabeth Photography was there snapping away these dreamy pictures. Merissa and Andrew planned a beautiful ceremony. Red, pink and white flowers were used as decor and I must say it was the perfect soft color pallet. Merissa wore these amazing red flats, be sure to keep an eye out for them in the photos below. I also LOVE how this couple decided to go snap a few more wedding pics a week after their big day, how fun is that? It is definitely becoming more popular to get more photos done the day after or even longer after the wedding. Doing something like this can really help ease the stress of getting all your photos crunched into one day. Meghan Elizabeth Photography shares with us…“After a beautiful ceremony at the Lantern church in Calgary and an elegant but sweet reception we went out to Canmore for bridal photos. It was raining on and off the whole day but we managed to get some great shots in and around Canmore with the beautiful rockies in the background. This wasn’t quite enough though and a week later we hiked up Ha Ling Peak above Canmore for some mountain top wedding photos as the sun set.”
