From the first look to the beautiful reception, this rustic wedding has it ALL! Ceanna and Austin chose the Big Red Barn in Lacombe for their ceremony and reception venue and what an awesome choice that was. Ceanna definitely created a wedding with the simpliest details but they all had a stunning effect and Lindsay Nickel Photography was there to capture every little bit. This wedding shows you how less is really more.
Every detail and decor piece in this wedding was perfectly thought out. Lets start with one of my favorite parts of this wedding, the flowers by Calyx Floral Designs. Ceanna’s bouquet was filled with the most perfect pink and cream flowers, greens and of course my favorite, gold succulents. To go with the bouquet Calyx Floral Designs made some pretty awesome succulent boutonnieres for the men.
My second favorite part of this wedding was Ceanna + Austin’s first look. This moment was so sweet and special. They even picked a location that had meaning to them, Ceanna’s parents saskatoon berry farm. In the first look images you can tell how much these two are in love. They will seriously melt your heart! #realtionshipgoals
Lindsay Nickel shares…Austin, a Red Deer Firefighter and Ceanna, an emergency room nurse were married at the lovely Big Red Barn in Lacombe. Their day started off with a first look in Ceanna’s parents saskatoon berry farm. We spent most of the day there shooting their formal photos as it was both the perfect backdrop as well as holds so much meaning to the couple. The stunning florals were done by Calyx Floral Design and the brides dress was purchased from Novia Mia Red Deer.
