We got engaged Christmas Eve when we were travelling to Alberta for the holidays. It took place half way between where we both grew up at Rogers Pass. The highest point between both our hometowns! It was really sweet but casual having been together 7 years so it was something we talked about at length. Then a little further along the highway we met our friends and photographers at Johnston Canyon and had lovely magical engagement pictures taken!!! Being as it was Christmas Eve it was perfect to include a festive wreath and there was snow falling through out the engagement session. There was so much excitement and it was a happy, beautiful way to start off the holidays!
